Very rude Manager

I went to chisa nyama at Ghandi to buy a Makhulu burger at 14:13pm I only recieved my order at 15:00pm I then called the manager and asks him what is taking the burger so long as I have waited for more then 30minutes I was very calm before I knew the manager was attacking me shouting at me, telling me that I do not have to be like this \snapping his fingers"I asked for my money back he rudely told the waiter to tell the cashier to refund me or I should wait for an extra 2minutes which turned out to be an additional 10minutes.After that I still ask him why is he being rude instead of helping he continued with his rudeness and refused to apologise as late as I was from lunch there was no fork or knife or serviette just a burger in a box and plastic.I am so dissapointed I will never go to a chisa nyama not even a different branch.Very Angry!"""
