Very Bad Service

I am so disappointed!!! I entered the Tropika competition and I won a voucher but when I tried using it at your Shop and they told me they can not assist I must bring in the till slip because a lot of people are redeeming they Codes at that particular shop only and not using the other shops. Which does not make sense to me because it was never said each shop is limited to a certain number of people that can redeem with them that lady was very rude on Eloff street Chesanyama JHB. I went to the one on twist street in JHB and the lady told me they do not have the code for that promotion so she could not do it for me.(Whose fault is that)?? I then went to the one on Von Brandis Street in JHB and they told me i should just try another Chesanyama with no reason there I just left. And I bet you now if I go and redeem it anywhere they will say the promotion is over but on the terms and conditions it says you can claim your prize until the 31/01/2016. I sent through a complaint on your website and guess what no one contacted me regarding. Im sure they will contact me next month and tell me i forfeit the prize.
