unacceptable service or behaviour

On the 15 December , me and my family went to Vosloorus Chesanyama . It was around 8pm . The shop was still open but the didn't have meat , no cold drinks. they offered me Russians and chips . That was unacceptable as i wanted meat and the name speak for itself . The cashier had a bad attitude towards me .
