Unacceptable Customer Service

I'm not sure if when a new franchise opens, the same training is given to all employees.. If that's the case then something must have gone wrong because the service I received from chisa nyama in Cosmo City was ridiculous.. Desmond the guy who assisted me, looked like he just came from the streets and started serving me, his attitude was revolting. He had no sense of customer service- not even sure if he knew what he was serving and to top it up the food was dry couldn't even enjoy what I paid for. All I can say is.. The person who hired him, must have been high on something or simply drunk and to top it up he had the nerve to back chat and mumble words while with his colleagues about my complaint I mean even the cuttlery was not even clean and I was not even out. Don't treat me bad for something I am paying forn I mean this is not the first Chesa nyana I have bought from but this one was definitely the worst hope something get done about such behaviour.
