Terrible Terrible Dont support Chsanyama

<p>I had bad experiences from Chesanyama in the Celtis ridge complex.</p> <p>1 year ago I went there with my gf and had the worst service or none for that matter of my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager told me that they recruited new staff and they are still being trained,. I then gave him the benefit of the doubt and went with It. 6 months later I went there again and all they did was ***** up the order with no appologies.</p> <p> </p> <p>This past weekend I thought let me try again, maybe 3rd time lucky.</p> <p>Geeez was I so wrong. I placed an order for 2 x sunrise breakfast. (Because they don't have stock for there advertised specials).</p> <p> </p> <p>30min later still no food, I went to the counter and complained about the long wait for such an easy breakfast.</p> <p>20min later the food came piece by piece in 4 x seperate boxes.</p> <p> </p> <p>After i told them twice that we would like the eggs done sunny side up, they brought as an excuse of a breakfast.</p> <p>Eggs was hard as a rock and oily and not to standard, they were also on the bottom hidden underneath the chips.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked where are the buns and beans, they were scratching there heads like a talked a foreighn language.</p> <p>The bread was as hard as a rock and not even a microwave could soften it.</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting almost for an hour with absolute bad attitude and no service and not even an appology from the people there. We demanded our money back and went to Mimmo's where we had excellent service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont support that dump of a place Chesanyama. I will name and shame as far as I can.</p> <p> </p>
