Terrible Service

I went to Chesa Nyama at The Ridge Shopping Centre in Honeydew and ordered 4 meals - 3 with pap.... I was told it would take approximately 15 minutes... After waiting for 24 minutes I was called over by the lady who served me and told that they have a problem? The pap is finished??? I was furious more because they had made me wait 24 minutes to tell me they had no pap??? I placed my order at 17h57 - HOW CAN THEY RUN OUT OF ONE OF THEIR MAIN MENU ITEMS???? I think it is absolutely shocking... This was my first and last visit to a Chesa Nyama take away.....
