Terrible Service

at 7PM 13/12/2017 I try purchasing food at this outlet. a lady by the name of Tshidi is busy mopping the floor. instead of saying/asking "I am mopping the floor sir, please wait and i'll assist you" She made me wait a whole 10 mins at the door and just ignored me and gave me attitude. I had to then ask her when she was done mopping "Can I come in an order?"

I feel that 2 things could've been done:

1. Put up a sign that she's mopping 2. Have common courtesy to tell me she is busy and that she will take my order shortly.

Please attend to this behavior.
