So going back to the start, this guy by the name of Mzala started with just a caravan trailer where he was selling Russian sausage rolls and grilled beef served with pap in Springs town at one entrance of Palm Springs Mall. Fast forward 7 years down the line, he is operating 4 outlets in Springs town with cheerful well trained staff that maintain the “Hello Mzala” greeting on arrival. Above creating employment in these harsh economic climate, quality and taste of the food will leave one craving for more and definitely making a return trip next time. Well done Mzala all the way from humble beginnings.
