Slow and terrible service!!

It is Friday 27 March 2015 @15:45. I have just come into this chesanyama to get a quick bite. I had to wait for 10 minutes to be served even though there were no other customers there. I was given filthy looks by the staff when I said excuse me! Then was told that they don't have pap, which is ridiculous given that is is a Friday afternoon and because the pap and meat is the reason one visits this establishment. Most of the staff were laughing and **** absolutely nothing. The shop itself is filthy including the kitchen. The people cooking are not wearing gloves or hairnets. And by the look of their uniforms, they themselves are dirty. I am disgusted by this!!
