SERVED WITH BROKEN PLATE &MADE FUN OF

I have been treated very badly on Saturday 2nd May, at the above store, I went to buy pap and stew and was served with a broken plate. When I contested and asked to speak to a manager, the girl told me he is not around and that wouldnt have made any difference, because he is the one who tells them, staff, to use that plate. When I asked how many plates there was as there was just 5 of us sitted, the lady told me there is only 4plates in the store and as I can see, they were all used. I am sick and tired of such service, whenever a store is located in a place where majority of clients, is of the less vocal about service, and, who in most cases dont complain, service is such pathetic!!!<br> It is dispicable, disrespactable and undermining to me as a customer. It felt as if, the owner feels he doesnt care about my health and dignity, my money means nothing to him. Worst of all was when the little lady rediculed me and made fun of me, when I asked to shoot a picture of the plate, I waited there for very long, while my food got cold. Only when I scared them that I have taken their pics and am going to post them on the internet, did they comply and listen, and respected me.
