On approach to buy a Chesa Nyama franchise from Goldbrands all seemed promising. i was asked to put down a R100 000 deposit before a meeting could be set up to discuss site availability. The deposit was paid, meeting was set up and i was promised that i would be kept up to date in regards to the progress of the available sites.<br> <br> No communication was received from ANYONE at Goldbrands for over 3 weeks. Once fed up i requested that my full deposit be refunded. I then only received a response that they wanted to charge me R5000.00 as an \admin"fee!! What admin?? The complaint has cone as high as the CEO and still nothing!!<br> <br> IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THIS IS THE PERFECT WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK WITHOUT EVEN PROVIDING A SERVICE!!<br> <br> I was assured that my refund would take 45 days to be paid back into my account. today is day 48 and still no response from Goldbrands nor are the funds paid into my account.<br> <br> I'm sure i am not the only person this is happening to while this company is collecting interest on money that is not even theirs!!<br> <br> I would not recommend that anyone looking to Buy a Franchise buy from Goldbrands!
