<p>Saturday night 24/09/2016 i called chesanyama Silverton a lady pick up, i ask her is is the Makhulu burger she just says its finished and hang up my phone, we call again she answers we ask for direction she ask where are we tell her we in Lynnwood, she keeps us on hold she comes backs and says i dont know Lynnwood we tell her we want to know where is the shop located she says Silveton watercrossing we tell her thats what you where suppose to say, you dont have to know Lynnwood, we finally get to t he shop,we ask her are you the one answering the phone she says yes why you so rude she says we were rude, she refuses to assist she insist, we ask her is this your shop? she says no why dont you assist us she refeuses she continues mopping, she didnt even put a wet sign we ask her name she refuses we ask to guy to help us she answers says im the only person who can assist you and i wont assist you guys, the guy even tell her pleases assist the cutomer she refuses we ask her name she refuse to tell her manager name or number she refuse to tell we ask the guy whats her name the guy says its Prudence we tell her Prudence sell for us we want to buy Family bucket she refuses, we tell her we going to report you she says its fine im not working here you can report me how rude is that she didnt assist us we had to go to Dros for better service because she didnt feel like working imagine what a poor services extactly no services at all</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
