Poor service twice in one week

On Monday 05/10/2015 I went to Chesa Nyama after 7pm and ordered food. They let me wait for around 15min or more and the next thing they come and tell us that they haven't even started cooking our food cause the gas is finished. I do understand that they couldn't do anything about but they could have told us earlier that they have a problem instead of making us wait.<br> <br> Today, 07/10/2015, again we came and ordered a Meat Braai Box and they told us there is no pap and asked if they could replace it with chips. Again I didn't mind until I found out the charged me extra for chips which I do not understand why because it isn't my fault that they didn't have pap.
