poor service delivery

I placed an order over the phone for delivery twice and asked for sauces with the order, the food was dry without the sauces even. The other time I told the person taking the order that I would need change so the person delivering can come with it, the food was dry and they didn't bring my change. They promise to bring the change but they didn't. I only got my change when I placed an order and actually deducting the money myself. This is pathetic, why offer delivery for food that will not be delivered in order, what's the point of having to order and require delivery if you will need to go back to the store to get a correction on your order or to even collect ur change? They should just cancel the deliveries period! At one time the chicken was literally raw inside, we had to think it back
