Poor Service

They refused to give me a glass and they weren't wearing any name tags. How am I supposed to identify them without a name tag?

I expect a name tag. How do you expect us to drink without glasses. When I asked for their name, they became very violent and threatening me. Had to eventually leave, fearing for my life. I don't see myself visiting that place again.
