poor customer services

Employees don't understand what customer service is , no smile even insiting on gratuities . Beef is charged at R140/kg and snoek fish at R120/kg everything not well cooked as per request , tables are not cleared or even cleaned for that matter, their tent is damaged as if it was chewed by a dog. The standard is deteriorating daily. Won't recommend the place to someone , or maybe it's because of I'm a Pretorian ..Cleanliness is next to Godliness
