Poor customer service

During my lunch break today, i decided to to make my way to this particular store. I purchased a short rib & chips for R20 as I always do. I waited approximately just over 20 minutes but the food wasn't ready. When i asked the staff, they said the food isn't prepared & they haven't even started preparing it. The staff member was a bit rude & i therefore asked for a refund & we which he didn't hesitate to make.
