<p>on the 15th of September have ordered 1 1/4 chicken and 1 brisket total was R80 by 13h05 i spoke with Valentine and he promised me that the order will take 45 minutes- 1hour i said to him is fine as long as it wont be longer than an hour because the other lady who ordered is pregnant by 14:15 i phoned chesa nyama again to ask where is the driver because it was an hour and Valentine said he will phone the driver and check he will come back to me, and he didnt phone back until when the driver arrive here by 14h40 im not happy with the service this is totally unprofessional and i ask for the manager the lady with a name like Mantswa said the manager is in a meeting when i phone back around to 4 because she said the managers name is Mandla and ask for mandla she answered the phone and she said shes the Manager she apologise and promise that she will buy free lunch and bring it on the following day which was Friday because of the delay and she didnt the chips was even cold please next time dont do empty promises and be specific about time</p>
