Paying customers physically abused

We went to shisa nyama ghandi square after our Rands show first time experience, we were actually very hungry, so we ordered a meat platter and pap to share, when we were almost done with our meal we found a I don't know if I can call it a wire probably 4cm long, so our husbands went to enquire, the waiter simply said you have already finished your food and there's nothing we can do there no light... He was so disrespectful about it, which got my husband asking for the manager... Long story short I got strangled by their bouncer my husband faught for me and the bouncer hit him too... Now I would understand if we were drunk that maybe we might have done some irrational things, but we were not we were paying customers trying to complain but were treated like *******....
