pathetic!!!

<p>during the week i ordered food from chesanyama gezina at 12:45pm and my food arrived here pass 3 when the driver arrived he was all smiles and pretended that nothing had happened. today 2016/09/30 agin, i placed an order at around 10:45am and the lady told me that they only start delivering from 12 o clock. i waited until 1pm and phoned them their number was engaged for more than an hour i phoned the driver and he said he is 5min away. at half past 1 i phoned them again and spoke to a lady named Lina who was very pathetic for a manager. she blamed the driver and told me that she has spoken to him before and does not know what to do about the case. she said the driver left 30min ago and she does not know where he is. i asked her what is she going to do about all this and her answer was "i dont know i will talk to him" and when the driver arrived once again he was laughing as if waiting for hours for your food is a joke. never in my life have i recieved such pathetic service before</p>
