<p>I went to the chesanyama branch in pretoria presidia branch where i always buy from</p> <p>And i was assisted by the nice,friendly Lisa as always. i bought small chips and Cecelia was the one preparing my chips</p> <p>When my order came and i was busy putting in spices i noticed my chips were cold i told Lisa about it and she also confirmed with me that there are in deed cold and she nicely told me that she will ask them to prepare another ones for me </p> <p>She told Cecelia and Cecelia was very rude and she and the guy who was helping at the back they were talking in their language that i do not undertstand and when i asked Lisa what they were saying she just protected them and say i must not worry they will make new ones for me </p> <p> </p> <p>When my order came my chips were burned and i could tell they did it deliberately and they were still talking in their language and she gave me a very disturbing look like she did not care</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not happy with the way Cecelia handled my order and i went home with those burned chips</p> <p> </p> <p>I need clarity on this matter to understand that if i say my chips are cold do i dederve burned chips ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
