Opening at 10

I just called in at the Chesa Nyama branch in Mall @ Carnival at about 09:20, I wanted to order breakfast. I was informed that they are opening at 10:30am... Is this the normal time all Chesa nyama opens? Why open at 10:30 but you stop serving breakfast after 11:am? Is this some kind of joke or what? This is extremely POOR service and it ia not the first time i'm experiencing such. This has to come to an end, CHESA NYAMA Mall @ Carnival has to improve it's customer service before it's too late, yoi've already lost 1 customer.
