no meal no money back

Basically i went to buy lunch today at chesa nyama in bara mall Soweto. There i ordered a worse roll, chicken wings with chips, they were suppose to be in hot BBQ source. But to my surprise my worse came with no roll and no onion rings as advertised, and my chicken wings were based in sweet chili source instead of hot BBQ source. When i asked the guy (the manager) to correct my order he gave attitude telling me he can not do that, so i ask him for my money back and he didn't do that either. So basically i left the shop without food or my money. Please help
