No delivery of order and poor customer service

I called in at 12:30 to order food as my lunch time is at 13:00 and requested delivery. No1, The phone was hung up on me No2, The order was taken incorrectly and I requested the correct order as i had the menu in front of me, and was told i will receive my food in 10-15 mins. At 13:15 i was still waiting for my food, i then called in again and the lady who answered the phone said she is looikng for my order,then after that without even getting back to me the phone was hung up on me AGAIN!!,, Until 13:45 is only when i decided to go get myself food from the work canteen as my lunch time was almost over, @ 14:00 when i returned from lunch i tried to call in again to lay a complaint but the phone was busy for about 15 mins and when eventually i managed to get through the phone was never answered again....I am very disappointed with the kind of service I got from Chesa nyama (ghandi square on Rissik Street)
