No buns

Hi. On the 5th of may i was really looking forward to try your double double burger. I am a big fan of meat and i am so in love with proper take away food at your very reasonable prices. So it was a fairly late working day for me and load shedding was in town so I decided to try your double double deal for the first time ever. Myself and a friend phoned the menlyn branch to see if they are open and if so, what time they close.I spoke to a gent and asked him about the closing time as we were starved. The gent assured me of the time and i was super excited. Got to menlyn went straight to your store.And then I heard these dreaded words, sorry we can't help you as we don't have buns. Apparently it wasn't delivered and they ran out quite early. I was so disappointed. Now i do understand problems happen, but surely when i called them they could at least have mentioned that they had no buns, then i would have known i could get something else or located the second closest store. So i am still to pop my cherry on the double double deal.Just an fiy to teach your guys properly.i asked the guy if he remembered that we called to confirm closing time and he did. And at that time they had no buns
