Matter resolved in no time

I layed a complain on friday 1-05-2015 as I was unhappy first thing on monday the owner called me and asked me to visit the branch I went there and my matter was resolved the manager did apologise as well as the owner.I would like to take this moment to thank them for showing me that they do value me as a customer....
