manager has bad attitude to customer

We bough a wors and chip special from them the one was burned so bad that you could not even eat it the other was so bad cooked that you could not eat it unless you cooked it more when we approached the manager he replaced the one set and when he was informed of the burned one had the attitude that he is so tired of the wors story is this how a paying customer should be treated? I will never recommend them to any one ever again WORST SERVICE EVER
