manager has a very bad attitude and never stock

hi I have since CHESANYAMA opened have been a loyal customer with them in Bedworth park Vereeniging we have made jokes and had some good laugh's but to toady I have had enough! every time I get there, there is either no stock or the don't have it on the menu even tough it is advertised and the manager just has had a very rude attitude about it. I as customer would have expected more but instead I was told to have respect for him when he is eating and watching movies on the computer and does not care about my problems I went to order a sunrise breakfast I was told that I could not have it because there are no Russians available I then offered to take it with out the Russian since I would come back for it at later stage. I was then told no it cant be done the manger then chased me and said I need to he respect for him when he is eating he then closed the door and continued eating and watching the movie on the computer this is not the first instance where I have been told that I could not have what I asked for I really think this is very unprofessional SIBUSISO MASIBUKU to have treated me in such a manner for I work as a sale position and will never treat my customers that way
