Lack of customer service

It has come to my attention that Chesa Nyama in Birch Acres mall in Tembisa offers poor service delivery. Today was the 2nd time I bought food at the outlet and service was still bad. I had to ask for serviettes three times while employees were just standing looking at me, also I had placed an order at 15:20 and only received it at 15:45 probably because I chose a sit in meal and not take away. The ladies at the cashiers too are hardly friendly its a pity none of them had name tags on.
