Incredibly bad service and delivery

I ordered my meal which included one double Russian and chips combo and 1 single Russian and chips. The women on the phone Asked me if i will by paying cash or card? I said card.. when the driver arrived 1 hour and 6 minutes later after i was told 15 minutes... there was no card machine, no Salt on or in the food, no vinegar, no spice, no condiments apart from 13 sachets of tomato sauce.... the Russian was tiny and under cooked. i have a piece of bone in my plate as we speak which came out from the Russian and my coke, was a sprite zero. how do you confuse coke and sprite zero!! <br> <br> i had no cash on me so there i was running around my company to my staff members asking for change like a dog because the sales rep never instructed the driver to bring the card machine...
