incompetency at its best

<p>I have visited your north gate branch several times and I have left unsatisfied each time. My most recent experience was however, the most appalling.<br /> <br /> I walked into the shop to be met by a scruffy looking male cashier who could not even afford me a simple hello. Regardless, I placed my order of medium chips, asked to be shown the box in which they come in and proceeded to sit down and await my order- unaware of the horror awaiting me.<br /> <br /> My order arrived and I was presented with burnt chips which were in a small polystyrene container which barely resembled the size of the box initially shown to me. I complained to the lady who served me and she responded by telling me there is nothing she can do about the burnt chips- yet I could see freshly made chips in the fryer basket- and that they were out of the branded boxes- when in actual fact there were unfolded boxes just lying there and she was just lazy to fold one for me.When I pointed out the fresh chips and the branded box to her she responded by angrily folding the box and putting in the fresh chips then placing it on their kitchen counter.<br /> <br /> I suppose I was expected to jump over the sales counter and grab the box myself? <br /> <br /> I was made to stand there like an idiot, the other employees did not even step in. I had to practically beg to be helped and when one of them finally decided to step in,I complained about the service and she responded with a very juvenile ''oh but it wasn't me, it was her''.<br /> <br /> I have never experienced such high levels of incompetency, arrogance and plain disrespect and this is barely half the story!<br /> <br /> Needless to say, I will no longer support your business nor recommend it to anybody.<br /> <br /> Good bye Chesa Nyama!</p>
