I was served raw word!

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by the service I received at the chesa nyama in melville near the spar. 3 evenings ago, my order was served to me by a waiter whos nails were long and black beneath.. Clearly from dirt. I kindly advised him that he should have his nails clipped as other customers might create an issue about it because I didn't. Unfortunately i came back last night, it took us 20 minutes to get there, 20 minutes to wait for our order and another 20 minute drive back. As i open my box and about to indulge i found that the wors given to us seemed well-fried but when we cut it open, it was raw on the inside. The manager imp**** that we did something to the meat.How do you uncook cooked food???This was unprofessional and uncalled for as it was the obvious 1M wors we bought from them 25 minutes earlier,and he still had the decency to say the restaurant is under new management, yet this incident happened under his management! He refused to refund me and said he would fry it more which I eventually agreed to. This is pure nonsense, and pathetic service, raw meat can cause poisoning, and on top of that he didn't apologise!! Nonsense!
