I waited forever and never receive my food

i went to buy food at Chesanyama Newtown junction today. i was the only customer in store then i placed my order of which the cashier voluntarily told me that what i have ordered is ready. i waited for more than 30 minutes and customers came in one by one and left without me receiving my order. after a while the cashier asked me for the slip of which i gave to him, he took it and did not tell me what was going on. after 5 more minutes asked him and he said they will be starting with my order. i waited another 5 minutes and still no order. so i then asked for a refund as my lunch time was now over and needed to go back to work. the cashier then told me he is not going to refund me and i left with no food and no money, i wonder if that is how they make money
