humiliated and shout at infront of other customers

I placed an order and after being told how long it will take to prepare it I then decided to cancel the order since i was in a hurry and the till operator informed the kitchen staff to cancel the order and she refused to give me my money back and she started causing a scene infront of other customers telling me that the only person who could void the transaction was her manager who is in Cape town as she stated, i waited there while she served other customers until another customer decided to imburse me cause i would not get my money back, she even had the guts to tell me that i should take down his manager's number which is on the wall instore and call him of which i did and when i asked for his name she said call him and find out! I wonder if TCF exist in that store! Its so sad that we drive to our malls in the location to support black entrepreneurs and if this is the kind of treatment we get from their staff then its really sad....?
