Horrible Food which did not look eatable

I went to go buy food at Chisa Nyama Spykos at Florest Hill City Mall this afternoon. I ordered a Curry Beef Bunny Chow, assuming that since it's curry, it will be spicy. I ordered at 13h14, my order number was 27. Having waited 20 minutes for my order, after asking the staff why it was taking long. Eventually the food came un-properly packed, not looking very good to be eaten. The curry I saw looked like it was cooked a long time ago. I was not happy with the condition of the food and asked to change. However, I was told it will not happen and left the food there. While I was waiting, some of the customers did not look happy with the wait. The waiters working there seem not to know what they are there for. The condition of the food I saw today (Bunny Chow) was not of good standard and I will not recommend to buy Bunny Chow from that shop. Taking into account that the service as well is not that great. I went there hungry to buy food but left frustrated and very disappointed.
