False advertising

Hi. I was at the cresta store today. They used the old advertising of "lunch time madness". So they stick a normal sticker of cheese Patty burger( I don't know if this is franchise std, but it doesn't look professional). So I ordered it as I was a big fan of lunch madness but was so disappointed in a big bun and small Patty, even though it tasted good. But then also on this add it shows a 440ml van but we were given a 330 ml. Is this how bad the franchise have fallen or is the owner ripping us off. Cause at R40 bucks I can get better value for my Money all around the mall and around your shop
