Fails to do our order for 2hrs

We ordered food at 11h40 we were then told it will take 45-60 minutes as they will only be preparing the food that time. Ohk we proceeded with the order after an hour we followed up with the order they then said 20 minutes. At 13h15 minutes we called and they said 15-20 minutes I then asked will it be ready if I come pick up in 20 minutes they said yes. Got there roughly after 30 minutes. We are then told that they did not do the order. One says because they were still cleaning up (yet there are people eating outside) the other said they did not have the contact number for the person who placed the order (but they called her back) Which is which?<br> <br> I find it disgusting on how they would not consider their customers serious from the treatment and they could careless as they kept on disappearing from the counter failing to explain.<br> <br> I'm highly disrespected as a customer and they have truly wasted my time especially I could have ordered pizza or something but i chose to support them and they give me a plate of bad service as a thank you. Imagine I waited for 2hrs with low blood starving... MXM!!!<br> <br> It is just repulsive service honestly something needs to be done.
