Company droping there standards

Im a Regular customer with this company since day one iv seen you guys grow and open stores all over iv been to three of your stores in the KZN as I travel for business and the company standard has dropped the food has now become terrible im talking about the portions have got so small the basting and sauces the put on is like they finished and they have made there own sauce and the meat and chicken is yesterdays food that's just reheated the chicken taste like its been boiled and the put on griller to make crispy but the aim is to cook the chicken from raw on a grill ull taste the difference like a braai taste an Area manager for the Kzn really needs to lift up the standards again back to what they use to be, another secret is the stores do a early cleaning while its busy ull find they cleaning and they make u feel u shouldn't enter the stores the Procedure I bet is doors close then they clean well that's not happening because for example they will cook a big bunch of chips and if customers order while they cleaning they will reheat in a small chip fryer your next question hows your food cost? what happens to the balance of the chips in the bin I guess?
