CHESA NYAMA The Excuses Are Getting Old

<p>Chesa Nyama in Kempton Park Aston Manor know me by name - when I call and place orders they know exactly where to deliver without even asking my name. I introduced Chesa Nyama to my colleagues who also became avid supporters of the Store.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few months back, my colleagues actually drove to the store and ordered chips, requesting some of the Chesa Sweet and Sticky Sauce on it. The Manager heard they requested sauce and came flying out of her office screaming at my colleagues, telling them Chesa Nyama no longer provides them with the sauce and literally belittled 3 of my colleagues in fromnt of other paying clients. I called the manager to discuss this, and on my offices recorded lines, she shouted and screamed and was extremely abrupt to me </p> <p> </p> <p>Now today I placed an order, and ordered extra bread rolls. The bread rolls came and were as hard as bricks, as if they were standing in the sun drying out all day. I tried cutting the rolls and they just crumbled. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable considering I am paying them R5 for a bread roll.</p> <p> </p> <p>KEMPTON PARK CHESA NYAMA IS IN URGENT NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT. WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS, IN SUCH A COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY, THEY TOO WILL CRUMBLE UNDER MANAGEMENT WHO LITERALLY DONT GIVE A SH..</p>
