Bleeding raw chicken for Lunch?

I just had lunch at Chesa Njama in Rosebank. Ordered a chicken meal and when I received my meal, I broke the chicken 1/4 into smaller pieces. I already had a few chips and then saw that the chicken was still bleeding. Raw chicken will make anyone sick. I reported this to the manager and all he said was, \I don't know how it can be raw still". I walked out without paying and will not go back again. """
