Bad service as always

<p>Yesterday I went to chesa name in Northgate to buy mini chips of was around 16:20.My order tool 15 minutes and they have me chips crumbs.Well I asked the lady I'd those are chips or crumbs.she too 10 minutes,when she came she came with 12 chips.I even took a picture.The service is really bad for the cashier to assist me if took her time she was busy talking with her security friends..My order number was 137 on the 23rd of July 2016.That really annoyed the were just laughing and I had to throw those chips as I don't know why she too so long to fix that order..This happens all the time and it's sad that we have to wait to server and the order is bad.why all the time we serve on white takeaways boxes while other branches serve is with chesanyama boxes</p>
