Bad service

<p>Chesa Nyama Ghandi Square is the worst shop ever!!! At first i thought it was an honest mistake that could have been done by anyone, as i also work with people and i know these things happen. </p> <p>Heres what happened, i once went to Chesa Nyama in Ghandi (i canot recall the date) to buy their box what what during my lunch hour at work, i was in a hurry and i did not think of checking the take away pack i took it and left, when i got to work i only found chips on the pack and i ordered pap woors and chicken, i thought to myself that it was a mistake that anyone could have done and did not mind i just ate the chips (mind you i paid R60 if not more for just chips). i then went to Chesa Nyama again today during my lunch (30/12/2016) to buy the same thing i however requested them to substitute the pap with chips, i waited for 20 mins for my food and when i left the store i was in a hurry that i did not have time to check the food.</p> <p>HAAAAA!!! guess what i found when i got to work and opened the pack, 2 Scoops of PLAIN PAP!!!! no meat, no gravy just dry white pap in my face... I had to walk all the way back to chesa nyama to query this and the guy who gave me the order did not even bother to apologise, just asked if i want my money bac**** I then went to the cashier to get a refund and the manager also did not apologise BANTU!!! such horrible service. I asked the manager for the guys name he gave me a blank stare then said his name is Lovemore or whateva **** they called him. Im beyond disgusted, disappointed and ****ed off by their service... As i said that i understood that its an error that anyone could have done but their attitude just ****ed it... What made it even worse is that i got a sunction at work for returning from my lunch late, i had to make 4 trips to and from chesa nyama which each takes me about 10 mins, had to wait 20 mins again for food or rather for plain WHITE PAP!!!</p> <p>SIES!!!!!</p>
