Bad service

<p>I'm angry with the service I always get at Chesanyama Ghandi Square , 2 months ago I called in and ordered 1/4chicken and chips , the guy I spoke to billed me separately little I knew that actually this is a meal at a lower price , when I got there to collect my order I asked the guy why he didn't tell me that this is a meal at a cheaper price then he told me that menus are printed at the head office , I then requested to speak to a manager who the corrected the billing however when I got there my food wasn't ready yet and I asked myself what's the purpose of calling for collection. Then two weeks ago I called around 5pm to place and order for collection again and when I got the my order wasn't ready and the people working there weren't even sure who took my order then I got so angry but still waited for my food. Then yesterday 19/07/2016 I called then around 05:15pm , placed an order Gimba meal for collection then when I got there my order wasn't ready I waited there more than the people who came in to buy without even ordering prior and I felt that I've had enough of the service there , I asked one of the guys working there to see the manager and he just told me he is coming without even calling him , I later asked a lady who also works there for the manager and she told me that the manager Llyod went out and not sure when he is coming back, I waited again for my food I left the store at 05:50pm. When I opened my food disaster the meal I ordered suposed to have Chuck , Wors and Chicken but it had a fatty brisket that was just disgusting and I couldn't take it back as I was already at home. If this kind of service is given definately Chesanyama will lose customers.</p>
