bad service

As the hole of soweto was experiencing loadshedding but the chess nyama at maponya mall was operating I then purchased a full chicken and 3 rolls which I swiped with my card however I had lost the slip with the number for the collection but I still had the slip where I got from them after swipping I then told the manager Leonard and the lady that was helping me that I have lost the slip the lady said to the manager that she remember helping me but the manager refused to assist I then said to him I i have a slip prong that I swiped here he said to me i will not get my order so I just feel that they have **** service and their attitude stinks we ordered from past 6 half past 7 we were still stand so today we found the slip they are still refusing to give us our order they say we should wait for the manager
