Bad quality of food

<p>I bought chuck and pap on the 20th June 2016 from the Chesanyama in Norkem Park. I must say that i was very disappointed with the quality of the meat they gave me. The meat was old, tough, tastless and not to mention burnt. It is a big contrast to the service and food i received at the chesanyama in braamfontein. Their food and service was excellent. One would have thought the level of quality should be the same everywhere since its the same brand. I confronted the staff and told them their food was bad and all they said was next time they will do better. How about u do best all the time!! </p>
