BAD FOOD, BAD ATTITUTE AND BAD SERVICE

I went to Chisa Nyama Calton Center yesterday with my Husband to buy lunch at around 4pm, we then placed an order for the Hunga Busta Meal which we always buy every time we get food from any Chisa Nyama...firstly the Cashier was not at all friendly she didn't care to greet us, we paid and waited for the food, the wait was long even thou it was not full still we didn't complain, the meals eventually came and to our surprise they were not packaged in their normal Box, the Chicken was burnt and poorly prepared the Chips were about 5 in counting and looked as if they we boiled and not fried, I then bought 2 rolls and I still had to wait 5 min for them to give them to me, I mean rolls don't need to be cooked they are ready, I then asked the cashier who by the way had no name tag why their chips were like that because from what I know franchises are all suppose to be uniform and she told me that how theirs was with her facing the other way, the people there showed no interest in what they were doing no passion what so ever, I would not recommend that place even to my worst enemy. the staff there need training in customer services, they need to stop acting like they doing us a favor.
