bad customer service

We found the door open and when it was my turn to order u nokuthula the order taker lady told me the shop was closed and they stay far they want to close.I asked for her managers number she said they don't have a manager.she was very rude if it was closed they should have closed the door, what happened to the customer is always right policy. They need to be trained on how to treat a customer.
