Bad customer service

<p>I had a bad experience from Chesanyama. I bought a nixmapha for R35.00 (order 65) but had to wait a long time as my order was given to another customer. When I enquired about the time that I would have to wait still the manager or boss started to accuse me of having an attitude. He indicated that the cook was trying his best as there was no power and I told him that my order was given to another customer, he did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund since I waited for a long time and as he was refunding me he told me that I should not come to his shop ever again. I believe that the treatment I received from the shop was uncalled for and as for the boss's treating me as if I wanted to cause chaos is appalling. I strongly believe that the boss or manager should apologize and be trained on customer service.</p>
