Bad bad service

<p>I visited their King William's Town branch today and ordered their full chicken at 18:34. I was given order number 263, and told it will take about 15mins. Over 30 minutes later my order did not come up on the kitchen screen, and it was never done. Apparently there is a machine that has a problem. Why was it on? What a waste of my 30 minutes. It was my first time buying there, i doubt I will visit again.</p>
