appalling service

on the 24th December I went to chesa nyama in Vosloorus. as per norm I queued waiting my turn, unfortunately when my turn came another customer was helped, I then enquired the reason he was skipping the queue, he politely apologised n stepped aside, the cashier proceeded with his order even though he had stepped aside. I then felt undermined as a client n left the shop, on my way out the store the cashier (Sash/ Rodwell) was hailing insults at me \stating my levels of depression and stresses"I then turned back n wanted to speak to the store manager that's when Rodwell took me on telling me how my feelings meant nothing to him n wether I report him or not it does not make any difference to him. The store manager (Desmond) tried to calm Rodwell but he continued n didn't display any sensitivity to his lack of respect towards me as a customer. I was undermined"
